At The Indoor Golf Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your golf simulator setup. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Equipment

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package back to our distribution center, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
